Trained as a Cognitive-Behavioral therapist, my style is interactive and solution-focused. Focusing on short-term treatment, my goal is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. With compassion and understanding, I help individuals and couples find resolution to a wide range of personal concerns and psychological issues.

Whether working with children, adolescents or adults, couples or families, I draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques. The integration of complimentary approaches allows me to incorporate what is most helpful to each client and situation.
